By accessing and using Gioia ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gioia is a social media application that allows users to share one positive moment from their day every 24 hours. The App provides features including posting content, reacting to posts, commenting, and bookmarking content.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you post on Gioia.
• By posting content, you grant Gioia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the App.
• Gioia reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Posting Limitations

• Users are limited to creating one post every 24 hours.
• Posts are limited to 300 characters.
• Gioia reserves the right to modify these limitations at any time.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Termination

Gioia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these terms or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Gioia does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gioia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

Gioia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
